Glenmarie Hotel And Golf Resort, Shah Alam

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff put in a lot of effort to make us feel welcomed, and the kids loved the pool with its big slide. However, the service could be slow at times, and the dining options didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are areas that definitely need improvement.

I had a pleasant overall experience during my stay, spending two nights in a calm hotel conveniently located in the city center. The rooms were clean, but the breakfast could use some improvement. The standout feature was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Aaron and Mr. Shahrin, who went above and beyond to make my visit special. However, the check-in process was quite slow and some areas of the hotel need attention to detail.

This hotel provided a lovely holiday feel with its expansive grounds and beautiful views over the golf course. The staff made our experience even more special with their thoughtful gestures, including complimentary cake and breakfast. While the rooms were comfortable, I did have to switch due to some issues, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel, situated about 20 km from central Kuala Lumpur with wonderful resort amenities including a large swimming pool and a golf course. The atmosphere was quite relaxing and the facilities were well-kept. The food served was delicious, and I appreciated the free parking. However, I noticed that the swimming pool was closed during my visit. Overall, it's a good value for money, particularly for families.
